Fine dining can be experienced in The Burlington Restaurant where home-grown fruit and vegetables from their kitchen garden and produce reared and caught on the Estate can be enjoyed. Each and every ingredient is carefully considered … from seed to plate.
For more relaxed dining The Brasserie is the perfect place to catch up for lunch, or to sit with friends for dinner and enjoy a much deserved glass of wine after a hectic day. Why not enjoy their food (weather permitting) on the terrace … a real sun-trap for those wishes to enjoy the impressive views over The Dales.
Adjacent to the hotel, nestled in an ancient barn, you will find the Devonshire Spa. Where you will find a state of the art vitality pool, sauna, steam room, rasul chamber and lounge.
A wide range of treatments are available to ensure a relaxing Spa day experience, from full body massage to treatment manicures. For those more energetic guests, the gym is available for guests use in our fitness centre.
